Lost or inaccessible data
Data loss can occur due to accidental deletion, a hard drive failure, a damaged partition, a corrupted operating system or a storage device that is no longer recognised. The most important thing is to stop using the device or storage medium as soon as you notice the problem, to reduce the risk of data being overwritten.
Storage media assessed
We assess hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks, memory cards and computers containing inaccessible files. Each case is analysed individually, as the likelihood of recovery depends on the type of failure, the physical condition of the storage medium and any attempts already made.
Workflow
First, we carry out a technical assessment. We then explain the likely scenario, the risks involved and the next steps. Where the fault requires the services of a specialist external laboratory, we will inform you of this need in a transparent manner.
Do not attempt multiple DIY repairs
Automated tools can make the problem worse. If the data is important, please contact us before continuing to use the storage device.
